Shipping policy

In order to keep our shipping costs as low as possible, standard packages are shipped through Canada Post, unless otherwise indicated. Tracking numbers are not provided and we are not able to advise when packages will be delivered once it has been sent from our offices. If you have not received your package within 10 business days of your purchase order, please contact the Wildlife Conservancy directly at 416-392-9114 or email us here.

 

When indicated, oversized packages are shipped through Purolator and tracking numbers will be provided when a valid email address is available.
