Hammocks - Enjoyed by Many

An important part of an enriching environment is allowing the animals to express all their natural behaviours, including the ability to rest or sleep comfortably within their habitats. All animals differ in their sleep habits and routines. Some, like gorillas, will build big nests every night, while others like to burrow down into a cave or nook. Whatever their preference, we must provide them with choices to express these behaviours by offering various resting options, like hammocks, dog beds, perching, caves etc.
